Brian K. Gibson

 

As a former Big 4 public accountant, Brian has devoted his 20 years of experience as a trusted, key advisor serving prestigious clientele, including large international companies, real estate companies, small to mid-sized businesses, professional athletes and other high net worth individuals. During his two decades of service, he has advised clients on such diverse matters as business/entity structuring, tax minimization and compliance, transactional consulting, and financial statement reporting.  He also served as the outsourced Chief Financial Officer for a large, multi-billion dollar international company subsidiary.

 

Brian has a deep commitment to assist and serve organizations which may benefit from his years of experience.  He has served as Treasurer for the European-American Chamber of Commerce of Cincinnati.

 

He is a certified public accountant in Ohio and Texas as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant and belongs to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

 

He oversees the tax, accounting, and finance for GCAP, LLC.
